Back to Hockey is back for another year! For all former players who want to get back into hockey – just for fun, or to test themselves, or to show the youth of today a few skills – this is for you!

We start the season with England Hockey’s National club day promotion including the start of the Academy on Saturday September 6th 2014.
The Academy training sessions run from 10am to 11:30, and will be followed on the 6th by the Hockey Day event; all are welcome to come down to SJT and join in the fun. More details to follow, but the flyer is available here.
A hard-fought senior summer league – both men’s and mixed – has kept us supremely fit (!), so the new training sessions that are starting at 7:30pm on Wednesday the 3rd of September (for the seniors) will not phase us at all, or leave us even slightly tired.
Training is on the SJT astroturf and begins at 7:30, so please turn up ready to start then. We’ll be finished by 9pm.
To help us all know when things are happening, we’ve created a few calendars that will carry the information for specific teams, or for social events or committee meetings. There is a diary on the home page which gives quick access, but there will also be a page of links so that you can add your team’s calendar to your phone/computer so that you’ll always be up-to-date with match details, locations, etc.
Upcoming events include a sponsored walk up Snowdon on September the 7th, and a BBQ on the 13th of September, and a quiz at the end of November. See the Calendars page for more details.
